Hello everyone,
I hope your week is shaping up well! I just wanted to pass along that we’ve seen a nosedive in interest rates the past 2 days. The conventional 30yr fixed has dropped almost a full point in just over 24 hours, which is incredible. If we’re not at all-time lows, we’re VERY close. So if you have thought about buying a home or selling one, now is the time. If you are shopping, get aggressive, now is the time to lock-in. Just passing this along, as we know how volatile things seem to be, and no telling how quickly they can shoot back up. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
